On October 24, 2015 we experienced problems with our website which was hosted by Bluehost.com. The site is inaccessible, and after numerous calls for customer support, the following update was received:
“I have checked your account and I could see that there is some known issue with the backup.
Our technical admins are working on the issue. Could you please wait until the issue is resolved?”
We are still patiently waiting…
