SUPREME COURT VICTORY PROTECTING OFFICERS UNDER MARSY’S LAW

COLUMBUS, OH – The Ohio Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) enthusiastically applauded today’s Ohio Supreme Court decision affirming that Marsy’s Law protections for crime victims fully apply to law enforcement officers.
