John P. Hinrichs, the Conductor of FOP Lodge 113 and member of our Board for the past ten years, passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 74.

John had a long and distinguished career and retired as a Detective after 30 years with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department.

Visitation will be held 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the Frederick Funeral Home at 2553 Banning Rd. An FOP service will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Hohn P. Hinrichs, beloved husband of Carol (nee Haubner) Hinrichs. Devoted father of Amy (Kevin) Jorg, Angie (Jeff) Fassbender and Gretchen Timmerman. Loving grandfather of Carson Jorg, Elizabeth Jorg, Bryson Jorg, Alexis Fassbender, Elin Fassbender and Dylan Fassbender. Dear brother of late Herman “Butch” (Donna) Hinrichs and late Margaret “Peggy” (late Richard) Kurtz. John passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, age 74. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., on Tuesday (Dec. 20) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (Dry Ridge), 5361 Dry Ridge Rd., on Wednesday (Dec. 21) at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 2300 Wall St, Cincinnati, OH 45212.
