This is a suit regarding arbitrary action without a rational basis against an OPERS retiree who was re-employed part-time with another OPERS agency. OPERS cut his health care benefits which is not done when you are re-employed in the private sector. Our pension money is now being used to pay OPERS attorneys who are fighting one of the members.
